1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Hero Hospital, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Virtual Goods
The game may include virtual currencies ("Yuanbao") or items. These virtual goods are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products or virtual currency purchased, except as required by applicable law.
Exceptions: Refunds may be legally considered ONLY in the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If the purchased item was not delivered due to a technical failure of our system.
- Force Majeure: In events of verifiable force majeure preventing service delivery.

3. 返金ポリシー
すべての販売は最終的なものです。 適用法で義務付けられている場合を除き、購入されたデジタル製品または仮想通貨の返金や交換は行いません。
例外: 以下の場合にのみ、法的に返金が検討される場合があります。
- 技術的エラー： 当社システムの技術的な障害により、購入した商品が配信されなかった場合。
- 不可抗力： サービスの提供を妨げる検証可能な不可抗力の事象が発生した場合。
